Highlight Project 1

A detail of an interior I had the pleasure of working on. I deliberately used the Hague Blue for the wood work, in the entrance hall. This created a fantastic feeling of transition from entering to going into the house - if that makes sense? The Pitch-pine detail also contrasts beautifully.

Selvedge Blue was used on the walls and Stirabout on the ceilings - slight almondy white.

Highlight Project 2

This was a one room project. The clients had installed a lovely feature full bathroom.

However wall to wall cracks had appeared.

The lower third of the Velux was particularly  bad having exposed metal edging strips.

Another major challenge came from the plasterboard being 'bouncy' around the cracks.

A lot of creative bracing was used to create a foundation - that should last a long time - for applying paint to.
