Definitely toward the restoration end this old Rectory, now farm house, required a lot of work.

Window sills stripped to basic material - sandstone front and concrete back - all surfaces primed due to crumpling surfaces. 

Approximately 40 feet of rusting edging cut out, filled and re-textured.

Quite a bit reconstruction required.
